Meet your hosts

PJ Brown
PJ is a trauma-informed therapist specializing in somatic arts therapy, EMDR, and surf therapy. A lifelong mover and creative spirit, PJ came to surfing later in life and found a profound connection to the healing power of water. She is a trained surf therapy facilitator with Groundswell Community Project and is passionate about helping women heal from trauma by reconnecting to the wisdom of their bodies, the rhythms of nature, and the strength of community. A certified yoga and acro-yoga teacher, PJ brings playful movement and grounded presence into every space she holds. With a background in baton twirling and a lifelong love for circus arts, she weaves grace, strength, and creativity into her work. PJ is deeply inspired by the magic that happens when women lift each other up—and she’s here to share that strength, joy, and sisterhood with you.

Ashley Accad
Ashley is an acroyoga and aerial yoga teacher passionate about empowering others through movement, connection, and play. After years at a desk job and coping with injuries from car accidents, she discovered the healing power of acroyoga and aerial yoga. Chronic pain taught her the importance of intentional, embodied movement, connection, and deep self-care for both mind and body. Her curiosity for movement fuels her passion for teaching and helping others explore their potential while reconnecting with their strength—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through acroyoga and aerial yoga, Ashley cultivates trust, resilience, play, and the beauty of rising together. At the heart of her work is a devotion to creating spaces where women can move freely, feel deeply, and come home to their bodies. Inspired by the ocean and our shared stories, she holds space for transformation, joy, and sisterhood. Her hope is that through this retreat, you remember how powerful, whole, and beautiful you already are.
Guest Teacher

Asia Casebolt
Hi, I'm Asia. I teach a dynamic creative flow stemming from physical therapy and yogic philosophy. I have been teaching over ten years and have trainings in power vinyasa, slow flow, yoga Nidra and restorative yoga.
My trainings have come mainly from Rasa yoga (focusing on biomechanics, physical therapy and mythics), yogic school when I lived in India, and my first training and time at Corepower but I have had many hours of YTT extensions.
My classes are mix of my experience: playful, creative, intuitive and, restorative, like me!
I hope to weave a sense of play and integrity into my classes as a remembrance
to ourselves that life is a divine dance of devotion and surrender - honoring ourselves as whole through all our parts, and awakening the knowing that we are capable of all things.
